Hopefully, it's a 1-2 day thing, but still.

I'm a NEET, and as a result, have not been very active lately.
How'd I become a NEET? Well, it's a pretty long story, but at some point, a part of my medical info has been revealed to the general public. I couldn't not sign that paper. I forgot what it was about, except for being very serious, a part of my journey through epilepsy, and one of those "either you get this treatment, or we give up on you" kind of thing.
I did need that treatment, though.
The problem now, after said treatment, is that the public, specifically, potential employers now can pull it up without me needing to introduce myself like a sex offender (a lot of people don't even know what epilepsy is), or some shit, and discover I'm epileptic at their own convenience and refuse to hire me without a word.
Normally, they would at least give me a tour of the place and in the meantime try to come up with a reason this job is dangerous to me.
I may have mentioned that I have to introduce myself as "hello, I'm Compo, and I suffer from epilepsy". At least, that's the shorter version. What's more, the law requires me to introduce myself that way, or I'm considered a... I forgot how it's called... a scammer, basically.
As for being not active on SS? I have a discord server that's kind of becoming a recovery server. It just drifted into that territory.

Sorry for rambling again. It's just how I am with any forum thread.
Well, as I mentioned in the title, today I did all jack shit. I was supposed to roll cigs for the very least and didn't even do that. I have no idea what came over me today.
So, for today, and for the other days I do jack shit, a question must be asked: how do I MAKE MYSELF do stuff?
It's always "just in a little bit", then I either sit on discord or twitter all day, and before you know it, it's 8pm, and I am to consume my evening pills.
Advice on how to get shit done would be very welcome.

Epilepsy can be really bad, but it shouldn't be a reason to discriminate against people with epilepsy. I'm sorry people are using it against you.

What I do is play some of my favorite songs or videos or audiobooks on my phone, put the phone in a pocket of my jeans, trousers, coat, pout (the kind you wear around your waist) and start doing things. It's much easier to do home chores when you can focus on something else. Actually just a half an hour ago I had huge troubles leaving this desktop and doing laundry/dishwashing/cleaning, but I got it done when I put a video of one of my fave tv shows on and listened to it.

Another trick is to take a photograph of your current situation (dishes on table for example). That motivates me a lot, and I'll quickly clean put the dishes into the dishwasher so I can took another photo and compare how much cleaner it is. In a tiny way, it almost feels like a game.

Third is calling someone. I get a lot more done when I'm speaking with someone on the phone. I literally made a 70 minute walk sometime ago while talking with my friend and relative without even noticing that I walked so much. I miss my friend, we used to regularly make 60 minutes walk once or twice a week, and those walks felt literally like 15 minutes. But now that I'm alone it's hard to even take a 10 minute walk, I easily start to feel dizzy and thirsty and ill etc., but thankfully speaking on the phone still helps.

In my case I use my issues against me to motivate myself into getting things done, (necessary with adhd). Since I dislike people seeing me for fear of judging, I'll sit in a public place like the library. This helps me to not goof off and instead focus on paperwork, and such. That way when I leave I have a small reprieve and feeling of accomplishment.

Sometimes the thought of trying to do something can loom large in front of us and become a wall. If we are able to break the task into smaller parts and think about each one as a brief inconvenience that we can soon be able to set aside as accomplished, we may be able to make the "wall" into a series of speed bumps. A key might be to consider some "reward' we can allow ourselves after each "speed bump".

Having that is real disadvantage in life. Last time the doctors said to me that one more pass out and i might get epilepsy.
Don't know how this works, but hell it made me feel so weak and helpless back then.
In order to do shit, you have to be smarter, work harder, fight to be more than everybody else would be in your situation.
