How do people do it with a CO2 tank?

I found this tank on amazon but it says it doesn't come filled. I think I can find somewhere to get it filled, like a paintball shop or something. But how do I get the co2 in my system? What would I need to buy?

You definitely don't want to breath co2.

They don't, you don't want to even attempt this. It's akin to just putting a plastic bag over your head. Your body monitors the co2 content of the air it's breathing, when the co2 level gets too high your body will fight, gasp, adrenaline rush. It isn't peaceful at all and would be extremely hard to actually do. If you're going to buy a gas to kill yourself with you're going to want an inert gas like nitrogen or argon. With those, and an exit bag, you can pass peacefully.
