The highest building i have access to is around 8-9 stories high.
Now i know the recommended minimum is 10 stories. But since i cant get to a higher building… is there a way i can make the jump more lethal? I know I should land on my head
But is there a pill or something like bleach thatll cause more damage or make it more fatal.
Pls help

How high is 9 stories at that building? There are differences in floor heights. Usually, 9 stories does have a survival rate between 5-10 percent, which is quite high. What is the surface? Is it a hard surface?

Im not really sure how high… but since floor to ceiling is 4m from the inside (13ft)
Its around 36m (120ft)?
Thats not measuring the height of the floor in between each story….
As for the surface its hard concrete.

Gravity and landing on your head from 9 stories is lethal enough unless you're landing on a person or a very soft surface

Would it still be lethal if i land on a car roof?

Likely, as long as you fall in the most lethal way as possible. Like from your head/neck instead of your legs.

I would not count on you landing on your head. Jumping itself is hard enough to do. Given you have a hard concrete and no obstructions, maybe 1 in 15 would survive. It is still quite high. There is a girl on this forum who jumped from 25m and survived. Having said that, the height is not such that it would put it totally out of question, especially if you have no other way to go...

A guy not so long ago survived after he fell from the 19th floor onto a car.

That's because of physics and modern car design (but also luck):

The car crumpled on impact and dispersed a massive amount of energy that otherwise would have liquefied him.
There are structural pillars and cross-support across the top that are designed to have a tolerance to flex inward toward the interior of the car, so that in case of a roll-over there are still panels of the roof that can absorb impact to prevent decapitation or crushing to death from the entire roof collapsing.

Had he landed on the ground and he was gone.

Now, this explanation aside, thinking in "floors" or "stories" doesn't make sense, but thinking in meters and bearing in mind that jumping head first doesn't mean landing head first matters. There are physics behind the fall of any "object" that has mass and experience has proven that the human body, because of it's shape, tends to flip mid-fall. How to land is not really something one can learn from such height.

It will increase your chances of surviving as the roof is able to bend thus spreading out the force of the impact. You need something solid that doesn't give.
