  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

I'm going through something unbearably painful and it's caused every single minute of my day to be nothing but suffering, anxiety, despair and wishing I could just be gone. It's gotten to the point where I can't even distract myself anymore, every single moment I spend awake is a moment that I desperately wish I wasn't conscious because it's agonizing. What can I do to stop that? Drugs, alcohol, anything? What can I do to make this stop? I want to try whatever there is before I make the final call.

If this is a single event driven condition (such as overwhelming grief), time may allow it to fade. If this is a sudden increase of an existing condition, it might require a medication adjustment. If you are dealing with the internal response to an external situation, you may have to take control of your environment and make some changes. If this is an internal condition distinct from any external situation, you might want to see a psychiatrist for medication. There are experiments that can be done with vitamins, supplements, and nutrition. Sleep schedule and exercise are also possible candidates for experimentation.

There are supplements that can effect neuro transmitters like GABA that can help reduce agitation. If your situation is so intense that you are not able to takes the days and weeks for experimentation, you might want to make an appointment with a doctor right away. You might even try the emergency room of a hospital that has a psychiatrist n call.

I went through something similar two months ago. Is there something that is triggering these thoughts, or did they come on their own?
