How do I make it look like I’m sleeping in my bed when I’m actually gone?

So I want to make it look like I'm in my bed. And then when they realize I'm not responding they will open my door and then come close and then realize it's a fake body and then see the note with details of my location.

I want to do this incase someone opens my door in the middle of the night to see if I'm there. But they can't see the note, I'm not sure where to put the note… maybe in my desk idk.

But how do I make the fake body.

If anyone has any opinions/concerns/suggestions/criticism please feel free to say it.

Edit: looking up online how to make fake halloween body was very helpful but I'll probably try with blankets and pillows first to see how that looks.
