I have a link posted on my about section on my profile of what i went through but those memories keep coming and i get frustrated and upset and i have to stop what im doing to cry for hours ,hit myself to the point where it hurts extremely bad etc i cant keep dealing with this how can i stop these memories i cant deal with this anymore
