  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at admin@sanctioned-suicide.net.

I'm looking for a place to ''leave'', problem is I'm not sure how to find it. I know what kind of place I want but I'm on budget so it has to be relatively close. I live in UK btw and my budget for travel is 300£. I want to do it in the dark, preferably in a forest and be able to see as many stars as I do it, the problem is that I live in high population density area and thats a problem because of the light pollution which makes it difficult to observe as many stars as possible. I also am I aware I didn't post anything more specific, that's because I would prefer for people to suggest areas all around the country so I have bigger options as well not risking giving away too much personal info on internet which hardly ever ends well.

I want to do in the woods too. Rather do it in daytime but more risky in daytime. Night time seams more scary. Is your method partial hanging.

No, I will just use SN. I just want the last thing I see before I lose consciousness to be the stars

Sounds beautiful. There's a solar storm this weekend that will make the aurora visible to you. Brecon Beacons National Park may be of interest to you.

That would be nice to see the stars one last time. I'm trying to figure out where I want to do it.I was thinking about a hotel room but now I'm thinking about finding a secluded area. Hopefully it won't take more than an hour for me to pass.

I'm pretty sure you need to be close to arctic just to see aurora borealis because of how magnetic field of Earth intereacts near poles alone. Where like northern scotland is a bit too short and that would be too expensive for me.

The solar storm hitting the Earth this weekend will make the Aurora go as far south as 40°

That's really specific, is there a method you use to find this info or are you just better at googling this stuff than I'm ?

It's all over the news. I got the latitude incorrect though. You'll have to go to Scotland.
