Help How do i ensure my sister doesnt suffer?

I have a younger sister shes not older than 14. I love her so much. Every day i live is because i dont want her to have a dead sister. But im scared ill do something in the moment so ive been preparing letters and wills as a just in case. Is there anything i can do to ease her pain? If i could i woukd just erase myself from everyones memory and die quietly. Especially from my sisters. Any help is appreciated thank you. Have a lovely day

don't think there is any way to ensure it as we can't control how anyone will feel. all we can do is is the best we can.

you can't stop her from suffering after the loss of her sister. write a note or leave her something for closure and that's about all you can do. losing a sibling will always be one of the most painful things that can happen to anyone and unfortunately nothing can change that. on the other hand, it's not fair to you to have to keep suffering just to keep her from suffering; loss and grief are both parts of life and though it'll hurt her forever somewhere in her heart, she will someday heal in her daily life regardless. you can't heal her but time can and time will keep moving even if you're gone. wishing the best and the most peace for you both.
