• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Death is the one and only relief from all personal suffering in this life. Aside from that it's the permanent solution to permanent and unsolvable personal problems.

It's difficult bc mainly we have SI and even though death might me the most logic consequence we cannot overcome SI bc it's against our natural behavior.

The meaning of tangible is "capable of being perceived". People who want death don't want to perceive anymore, because what they are perceiving brings severe pain to them. So you're right that death is not a tangible thing to acquire. This is what makes it attractive to those who are going that path

It's not something you can have in your grasp. Death is abstract.

I personally think that death is beautiful for me specifically because it isn't tangible. I don't care about experiencing happy moments. What I care about is minimising my suffering; this is something that death can achieve because it isn't tangible. Death is just the cessation of everything from the perspective of the individual and, to me, that is absolutely beautiful

People want love and friendship and happiness. Those are not concrete nouns either.

I think it's more of a rephrasing of not wanting to live. And to not live, one must die. You also don't have to have something tangible in order to want it. People want to feel loved. I love music, but you can't exactly call that tangible either, you can't touch the sounds (let's not get into insane physics here, we all know what I mean). Not everything someone wants or needs is physical. Concepts are equally as important to the human brain.
