How fucked would I be if I took my grandmothers completely abandoned meds from when she moved to a different state when my grandpa died last year, along with everything in my cabinet?
They're stored in a pill pack so these are calculations, I don't want to take them out or anything to get anyone suspicious that I planning.

She has:

ROSUVASTATIN: 10 mg 21 pills

CARBIPDOPA/LEVAODOP 50/200 mg 80 pills

RIZATRIPTAN 10 mg about 3-5 pills
ZYRTEC/CETIRIZINE 10 mg about 26 pills
BENADRYL/DIPHENHYDRAMINE about 30 pills
DRAMAMINE/DIMENHYDRINATE about 60 pills
MECLIZINE HCI 25 mg 2 pills
TUSSIN/DXM half a bottle
SUDAFED/PHENYLEPHDRINE 10 mg 7 pills
TYNEOL/ACETAMINOPHEN about 80 pills
IBUPROFEN about 30 pills
ALEVE/NAPROXEN SODIUM about 60 pills
ASPRIN about 25 pills

I also have a couple of beers to help me ease up.

The idea would be to get tipsy first, take everything related to nausea (pantoprazole, dramamine, meclizine, benadryl) , then take the pain meds, and take the what would kill me last.

This is a bad idea. There's nothing there remotely reliable or peaceful except for the Primidone, just a random mix of mostly heart and epilepsy medication. The Primidone is a barbiturate and people have ODed on it in the past, but the dose would be at least 20-30g and you have less than 4g there. You should use the resources on the forum to explore more effective methods. This is just going to make you sick and land you in the ER/psych ward again.
