• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

The process of accessing euthanasia is so lengthy and arduous that by the time you get your "peaceful pill" you'll have suffered months of absolutely crippling agony. Obviously there's a clear argument for broadening the scope and accessibility of euthanasia/MAID but also as an actual method it sucks, hanging delivers much more quickly and with significantly less pain.

As someone who got cancer the normal way, silently and without warning, this is a lousy idea.
Besides all the improbability, have you ever been sick from cancer? It is NOT fun and having had it, I would choose another way to exit. I have had family and friends die of cancer. It just beats you down for a couple years before it lets you pass. There is nothing easy about it.

I'm sorry you experienced this. Some people on this forum romanticise dying from cancer and have no idea of the horrific reality of it.

its not about dying from cancer. It's about getting cancer in order to satisfy euthanasia requirements of "having a terminal disease".

I don't want to die from cancer. I've said this multiple times. I want to die from euthanasia which can only be applied if you have a terminal illness.
On this site, it seems like everyone wants the solution to be: walk into hospital, say you want to die, fill out some paperwork to make sure you know what the consequences are, and then get lethal drugs and die.
But that's obviously not possible anywhere in the world. However, something similar can be achieved in the method I've been talking about this whole time.
Do you get what I'm saying?
-get terminal illness
-go to hospital
-receive lethal drugs
-die while friends and family members at least give a shit and understand your death
I have a terminal disease and believe me it isn't that easy...you can't just walk into a hospital and get lethal drugs...even in the most accepting countries like Switzerland it is a long and tedious process, especially for foreigners. It isn't cheap either!!!

I wouldn't even try to get life-ending drugs. I'd do a few bucket list things, then lie down in a bed and turn every so often to prevent bedsores.

Writhe, cry, throw up and all that jazz.

Maybe figure out ways to exacerbate it.

Take calls from people extending their condolences and promising to pray for me.

I just found out yesterday that there's EYE cancer. Knowing my luck, that's the one I'd contract.
