How bad of an idea is a benzos + alchol OD?

I was never able to get SN. I had a chance, but I chickened out because of the threat of wellness checks (are those still a thing in Canada?). I'm not ready to ctb yet but I want to have a safety net. I got prescribed benzos as part of my SN plan, so I'm wondering, would OD'ing on benzos and alcohol be deadly enough, and how unpleasant would it be? I don't have a tolerance to either drug, and I have a place where I wouldn't be interrupted.
