  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

Horrible.
I suffer from severe insomnia as a result from depression and anxiety disorders and I can't really sleep. My psychiatrist didn't want to prescribe me an actual sleeping medication (probably because he's afraid I'll try to CTB with it), and has just prescribed me Doxepin alongside my other anti-depressant, cause it's supposed to also help with sleep.
It works a bit, but not really that well.
A weighted blanket has helped me somewhat, but again, not that much.
I often go for walks at night, cause at some point my anxiety just gets worse and worse if I just lay in bed and stare at the ceiling, especially if my bf is over, cause I can't even watch something.
I do like sleeping next to them though. Them holding me, while I put my head on their chest is really calming.

Incredibly messed up, basically if I don't get around 12 hours of sleep per day, I will feel fatigued and exhausted the entire day. I try to fall asleep before 10pm in order to get all the sleep I would like. On days with no obligations I sometimes sleep like 16+ hours.

Since I have rather vivid dreams though (presumably because I'm also taking melatonin), which gets more real the longer I sleep, honestly I've been enjoying my sleep hours though they are causing me trouble irl. Often I get to relive happy moments in my childhood in my dreams.
