Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I have everything needed for the SN protocol except benzos, and I would like to get some if it's not too difficult.

How are people obtaining benzos? Legally with prescriptions, or is there another way?

For people who get prescriptions, what do you tell the doctor?

I did get a prescription for some benzos a couple of years ago, but the doctor was very hesitant and he only prescribed a low dose for a few days. That was when I had neurological issues, and I had consulted with several doctors so he knew I was legit. Now the only medical provider I see regularly is a psychiatric nurse practitioner for bipolar medication management, and I can't think of any good excuses to get benzos from her.

Hi. I'm 69 and been taking benzos for years. From Xanax to klonopin to now been taking Valium for years. I actually really have anxiety disorder with periodic panic attacks. I'd just do something like tell her about all the anxiety you've been feeling and really valium(diazepam) shouldn't be that hard to get. As far as I know there is no benzo crisis in the us , they really don't worry about ods on benzos. Just look up anxiety disorder and symptoms and use that as a guide for what you tell her has been happening outside your bipolar.
