Help how are multi-drug overdoses unreliable?

im finding it difficult to ctb thru partial hanging alone so i began considering overdosing on 30mg xanax and 750mg of oxycodone, though i see posts talking about the unreliability of overdosing. I understand how if the drugs themselves arent pure it would reduce the chances of death, but taking a large dose of even partially cut drugs seems like it would be pretty lethal.

That being said, once i get my hands on the drugs, i think i will also try partial hanging at the same time since my SI would be severely inhibited, along either my breathing which should make it much easier.

Oxy is probably the most lethal drug you have in your protocol especially if you're not used to opioids. The PPH discusses multi-drug ODs but those drugs are really hard to get.

100% agree with @Praestat_Mori, he is so intelligent.

The bonus of this type of mode is that when one wakes up in the hospital then the medical folks can tell a person which organ or organs that a person either damaged or burnt out.

thats a shame, in that case i will look into finding a fentanyl and or SN source. In the mean time, i will probably still try partial hanging with a moderate dose of oxy and or xanax

Surely 750mg of Oxycodone with some Xanax should be enough right? At least that's what I'm thinking. Gonna take that route for sure for myself. I was literally ODing on 240mg and woke up in the hospital the next day so I wasn't awake for at least a full 24 hours.

Well I guess I'll have to wait those two weeks and see myself. (That's when my package will arrive).

Well I guess I'll have to wait those two weeks and see myself. (That's when my package will arrive).

I think part of the unreliability comes from the time it would take someone to actually die from that dose, which probably varies a lot, so even if you took what would be a fatal dose, if you are discovered after even 6-12 hours, its possible that you could be resuscitated and fail yr attempt

I have tried OD with lots of stuff at different stages. One of the most remarkable ones was with Ativan and it only knocked me off for 5 days. Another time i did by mixing clozapine and a few more with alcohol. It again knocked me off for a few days.
Out of the many OD attempts, twice I have landed in ICU. It made me realise unless you've N or any of the protocol from the peaceful pill handbook, OD is highly likely not going to work

yeah im mostly planning just to use the drugs to heavily reduce my SI. I considered taking even more to the point where I would completely pass out in the noose, but I figured that it was possible that I don't angle the knot properly and end up in the icu. I think I could maybe get my hands on heroin cut with fent, but idk how pure it is and shipping over some grams of fent makes be a bit nervous, even if its shipped domestically.

That sounds like a plan.. Using them to reduce SI is good enough. However, as you plan to use the noose, you'll have to be very careful because under the effect of these, anything can happen. I have messed up just last week under the effect of sedatives that I overdosed.

Great question. When i was not in my senses, I could still eat, talk gibberish, move around with support, so my family had to feed me. I just remember two small scenes, i went to a nearby park in that state and slept on the seat in the park. And the other scene i remember, there was a guy who was hitting on my ex, so I texted him and fought him. Lol

Yeah, can say so.. i have no recollection of my actions.. i wonder if I'm not in control, then who is controlling me in that state and how the hell am i able to talk, walk, do things in that state without being conscious
