  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

What makes you feel like this? Did your loved ones wrong you in any way, or did these thoughts suddenly come out of nowhere?

You are stronger than that. You are only here to make that choice for yourself - not for others.

That must be really causing you great distress. If they are intrusive thoughts, that doesn't mean you will act on them or they are a reflection of your character. It doesn't make you a bad person for thinking about this, the mind has ways of becoming our worst enemy.

It must be really hard to cope, especially if you don't feel like you can talk to anyone irl about this.

I sadly don't know how to deal with disturbing thoughts myself, I just try to numb my mind by any means possible to stop thinking.

I hope that people, and me included don't judge you on your thoughts. It must be hard trying to cope with these thoughts alone.

That is hard to endure. Is it some form of OCD?

I don't know why I feel like this. They done nothing but love and care for me. I've had these thoughts before. The knives been hidden a few times. I hate myself. Want to die to not harm others. Why is dying so hard.

I see. It must be hard for you to go through it all.

Do you think that you could redirect those thoughts to something else, like going out and run, or playing video games?

It may be intrusive thoughts, which can also be a symptom of OCD. Remember this: you are not your thoughts. That's not really you thinking it.

I went for a walk. Doesn't help though. It's anguish. Thank you for replying though.

Sorry you are going through this. It is the harm OCD causing you to think this way, it's not your fault. Can you access any therapy or speak to a health professional about this as it is a recognised condition?

I had a diazapam to calm down. I can't take much more and want to die. Fear of failing again and loved ones is stopping attempting. I try and try to work out this thing called life. So many of us mess it up. What's the point of it too suffer unbearably in agony. If God is real I sure hope he answers me when I die. I'm sure when we die every question we've ever had is answered. Thanks for listening and helping.
