when people ask me how I feel, I usually want to say "nothing." but not in an apathetic way. and I don't think most people would understand what I'm trying to say. But this is what nothing means to me.

I don't think anyone who suicided felt hopeful that their situation would improve. I suppose that's why psychiatrists and other mental health professionals consider the feeling of hopelessness a risk factor in suicide. If they felt that things could improve, why would someone ctb? That's my thinking anyway.
