I don't know how to break it to you, but race is a social construct. This is the general consensus amongst researchers. The human race cannot be further divided into subspecies. Humans actually aren't that genetically diverse, especially when compared to other great ape species.

Race is a social construct, just like other things, such as currency. Racial categories are arbitrary and have changed throughout history. For example, it is only recently in history that the Irish are now seen as white. Before, the definition of "white" was something alongside of "every person of European descent, except the Irish". If we go even further back, we can also see that most humans in past would have divided themselves based on other things, such as religion/faith, the empire they came from, their tribe, etc since race wasn't a thing throughout most of human history.

Basically, "racial" decay isn't a thing. Race does not exist on a biological level. Get your racist Hilter-loving ass out of here, bud.
