Hi, so I´m planning to do it with a long piece of a strong fabric pillow case and I would do it from a closet bar, so it would be kind of like a FSH. I would use a stool and when the time comes that I start to black out I´m going to be stepping slowly off.

I´ve been practicing already and there are some things I´ve noticed. If I lean my head down, like my chin to my body I´m not very successful and I keep on hurting my trachea, but something happens when I lean kind of to my back and let my butt go (like a "C" position) to the wall, that´s when my body starts to feel tingly.

My concerns are:

-When I start to get that tingly feeling and feeling my body really light like a feather, that´s when the blackout happens? Because I only have gotten to this point.
-If my body responds so well to this kind of like a "C" position when I drop, my fear is that my body is going to go into a vertical position and then my trachea is going to hurt. Is there a way to prevent this, like my trachea hurting or something?
-I know the position I´m feeling comfortable with like the "C" position it´s like a partial hanging, but I feel scared of doing it that way and that I fail.
- Can I just let myself go to the back and not stepping out of the stool? would this be dangerous?

Do you have any suggestions or comments?
Or could this work with a door knob?
