+1 to the above, I find baths a lot less taxing than showers, which helps a lot since I have to take multiple showers daily. I have a similar issue you got when it comes to brushing my teeth, I outright have to force myself to do it often, and what helped was trying to fit it in while I'm bathing. It takes time, but eventually you build up the reward response in your brain by finding things you enjoy about being fresh and clean.
I REALLY don't like the feeling of being grimy and stinky, so maybe you need to condition yourself to dislike not being clean as opposed to like being clean.
