i've been doing fent laced heroin for a month now and i haven't accidentally overdosed once. tried snorting more than i usually do and i nod out fall into a lullaby like sleep for a while and wake up (alive). I DIDNT KNOW I WOULD EVER HAVE TO THINK OF ANY OTHER METHOD. this realization is making me panic, i thought this was as full proof as could be with the amount of people dropping dead from a pinkie sized amount of this shit. yet im taking massive doses and im still alive. who the fuck is orchestrating this shit to keep me intact? what other purpose could i have?

Probably bad product dude. But it could also be high tolerance. Kurt Cobain OD'd on a HUGE amount and still lived.
