It's getting bad again…my chest feels like it's tighting. I can't stop thinking about killing myself. I'm angry? Yet jealous? I can't breathe. I feel sick. I feel so hopeless and scared.

Slow breaths. Breathe a little deeper each time. Close your eyes and focus only on your breathing. See if the moment passes or at least eases up. Don't let a sudden emotion dictate a very important and very final action. Its a moment and like every moment before it, it too shall pass. I feel what your feeling all the time I'm sorry your going through it, it sucks. Your not alone even if I don't know you.

I'm sorry you're going through this. Years ago when I was having panic attacks a therapist told me to take long deep breaths. Also she told me to picture a "happy place" a scene in my head that would calm me. I invented a beach with the ocean and woods/jungle behind the sand with lots of flowers and trees. There was a stream running from the woods down the beach into the ocean. Lots of animals were around for me to pet. Thinking of that scene calmed me and made me feel better.

As far as what you're feeling, you can talk about it here. You have a whole community who will listen and support you.

Also she told me to picture a "happy place" a scene in my head that would calm me. I invented a beach with the ocean and woods/jungle behind the sand with lots of flowers and trees. Start slow. Picture an animal you like or even just your favorite color. Whenever the bad thought pervades, try to get back to even just that simple color. Sometimes you have to start at the foundation and build up. Its like working out, it doesn't have immediate effects a lot of the time but over time it can be better. I'm not huge on mental health stuff but some of this stuff does work wonders for many people. No matter what remember, ctb is always there but it doesn't have to happen now unless you want it to. Its your choice but sometimes a moment is worse than the whole and all moments give way to new ones. My internet is being turned off for the night but myself and I'm sure many others are here for you. Just breathe. Peace out home slice and feel better.

I heard when your angry throwing ice cubes helps. If possible, maybe you could prepare those for next time you feel like that, if it's common for you
