Sorry if this sounds stupid or unnecessary (it just adds in top of a ton of other different reasons). After a traffic mistake that could have turned into a big problem, but still didn't, if a dashcam video surfaced of the incident, would it be a valid reason to ctb? (Have severe anxiety) (Essentially is it valid to be pushed over the edge)

I also have severe anxiety and beat myself up over driving mistakes but I promise it's not a valid reason to ctb. We're all bound to mess up driving at least once in our lives and since your case didn't even turn into a big problem you're completely fine. As long as no one was hurt even if anyone else is pissed at you for it they'll get over it. I'm a little confused on the dashcam video but if someone perhaps posted it or whatever, eh it doesn't matter. No one was hurt and i've seen countless videos and encountered drivers that made mistakes and I always forget about it within a couple of days. Anxiety can easily push you over the edge and that's a valid reaction but I promise you're alright.

It can seem like a lot and sometimes the little things added to the huge things can seem like a lot but I think ctb should be an informed choice and not something you rush or something. You have to consider everything and I believe it should be a last option. But it is a choice only you can make, whether that be don't or do or whatever the case may be for you. It's a choice you make based on your personal circumstances. I do think you should distract yourself in the meantime. Maybe ease your nerves a bit. I get really anxious most of the time and I understand how stressful and difficult it can be. Try to focus on something else in the time being.

I bet you have seen many many cars with scratches, dents etc . This is the MINIMUM number of drivers who messed up while driving . Minimum because people repair their cars . The fact is every driver makes mistakes while driving . People get way too angry when someone else messes up (when probably they themself have messed up at some point ) perhaps because cars are expensive , a symbol of status and they feel physically vulnerable . Don't take what other people say to heart when they are in this state . Just apologie, offer to cover the cost and move on with your life .

I've been working in a field where there are car accidents all the time. Not sure what you believe you did or didn't do, but if you were in a traffic accident your insurance would cover it. If you didn't have insurance and have on money they can't take anything from you. If you are able to give a bit more information it would be helpful, but honestly in my eyes it isn't a reason to ctb - just my opinion.

I think that it's up to the individual when to leave this world, none of us are obligated to continue existing here and it would be absurd to suggest that suicide even needs a reason especially as we are all going to die someday whether there is a reason behind it or not, we are just waiting around to die so it's a personal decision when to leave. I would always see it as being preferable to leave this world on my own terms.
