do you know since when? i remember i could search on here a couple months ago. :( thank you anyways
I'm not sure of the exact number but I don't think it's a high requirement. I remember that when I first joined I wondered the same thing but it ended up popping up pretty quickly on a day when I was commenting quite a bit.
