Help with sn

Hi, in December last year my brother was successful in using sn method, I'm wanting to also follow the same method however I've had barriatric surgery in the past of a gastric bypass so my stomach is smaller and things pass through my system quicker does anyone know if the timing of medications should be altered for when I do it thanks.

My brother used the pph handbook and the 48 hour regimen he met up with another person to do it so he wasn't alone they both made up 2 drinks each of sn but only drank the one and went to bed
