Help with SN protocol pls homies 🙏

I shall fast from 5 or 6pm to 1 am i know it seems like a short time but im a fatass and that should empty my stomach if its not enough let me know
and also from 11pm - 1am i wont drink any water

12 AM - 1000mg paracetamol
12:15 - 30mg meto
1 AM - SN

do let me know if i should consider antacids or propranalol i take propranaokaloaokal on a daily basis anyway so its not hard to acquire

Looks good, just follow protocol. 25g or 30g into 50ml water. Also it's advised against taking an antacid.
