I am in the process of purchasing SN online but apparently its harder than I thought. I already spent about 15 dollars for the product but they require me to send a sales confirmation document wherein I need to write down what specific experiment I would be using the SN for and the processes in details as well as asking for the department I am doing this experimentation and the one in charge. I honestly don't know what fake experiment I can say and I am not part of any science department (but I am a language student in one of the universities here) so I need your help guys.

It looks like they will only ship to organisations like school labs, and companies etc and not to a private resident. They have restricted it in South Korea just like in the UK.

There are plenty of other places that will ship it to you from abroad.
