Help with partial hanging instinct?

So, I have been trying to hang myself for the past few days, but I cant seem to get myself to kneel its been really upsetting me how much of a coward I am.

How do I get over my fear? Or should I go with another method. I wanted SN but I cant seem to find a way to get it in the UK.

Any advice? Anyone had similar experience!

Have you considered full suspension? If you do it correct there's no way to back out after you kicked the chair, very high success rate.

My brain was clouded with thought it's really impaired my ability to continue

Bit of both I guess, I have the knot, I kneel, I panic and I get up and then start hating myself and try again

It seems that partial is rarely successful; your best bet is complete suspension. No one should survive full if they're fully competent.
