Thank you very much for your answer but I think I have given up. It may seem like a good method at first but I don't want to use drugs because they affect my panic attacks and anxiety too much. By the way, I assume you are using a translation program like me. I highly recommend Deeply instead of Google Translate. So far it has made minor mistakes.
