Help Help with inert gas hose!!

just tried posting this and I think it got removed for some reason!
Anyone know anything about how to connect this kind of regulator port to a gas hose?!
Is there an adaptor available or am I gonna have to invest in two more hoses?

Was hoping to ctb tonight so if anyone's got a solution please gimme a shout, cheers!

It's not removed; here it is:

Gas regulator port/hose?

Anyone have any clue if there's an adaptor available to join this kind of hose (right) to my regulator (left). Am I going to have to just scrap it and buy some new hoses? Or can I salvage this tonight? Pretty desperate and disappointed as I was planning on going out (ctb) this evening. Thanks!
