Help help with getting sn or alternatives in europe

i want to buy pure sn, but im in europe. all sites i could find only sell to businesses. importing seems expensive and unreliable.

alternatively im considering "detergent death", which also requires chemicals that i cant find, or ligature compression. but i have nowhere to hang, and the tourniquet method seems sketchy.
