Help Help with CTB (LS, firearm or jumping) !!

I have never felt so shitty before. I attempted last night with LS but I genuinely can't find my carotid artery. I keep pressing on my jugular (I'm assuming because my head feels like it's gonna explode) and I have yet to pass out from any sort of strangulation. I have a small neck and I saw that it would be easier if you have a small neck but apparently not for me I guess.
I REALLY REALLY want a shotgun omg. It's actually my BIGGEST dream. Omgggg just thinking about it makes me excited. I'm from the US (NY specifically). I heard if you're out of the city you can basically get a shotgun without any licenses but I can't go through that whole process of background checks and all that shit. PLEASEE somebody tell me how I would be able to somehow get a gun (without anybody knowing because unfortunately I live with my family..) or how I can find my carotid because I am SO tired of everything right now. I'm a fucking mess. I can't be in this world any longer.

Also, if anybody knows any good bridges to jump from (in NY, near the city area) with MINIMAL or NO safety, please let me know!!! Most of the major bridges have big ass safety fences and I most likely can't climb them.
