Help help with benzo dosage

Me and my partner will ctb soon and while we havent decided on a way yet we have SN as possible option in our head, we have the meto and the sn sourced and we also have some oxazepam but far from the 600mg that are recommended per person (we are at 207mg for both) so would it be fine to just take 103.5mg each? I assume the dosage it says in the pph is that high to make you unconscious faster but if we only want the calming effect would 103.5mg each be enough? Not experienced with benzos and never used them

I have no experience of taking Benzos but I wonder if PPeH suggests a high powdered dose to avoid the risk of falling asleep with Benzos, when a lesser dose might work equally as well taken earlier.

This is an interesting thread which further down explores taking low dose Benzos earlier rather than high dose with SN.
