Help Help with actually committing (partial hanging)

I managed to make myself pass out holding the rope with my hand.
Tried right after but couldn't do it, should i ziptie my hands behind? I really need this to work, also should i choose a date? I need help with actually going through with it, its really what i need :c

I don't really know any advice, because I am struggling with the same thing. The only difference is that my method is full suspension hanging, but I can't get myself to commit despite hating every single day and waiting all day for the day to pass so I can go to sleep and then the next day it is exactly the same. I just wanted to tell you you are not alone with this issue. In fact I think I would have even more trouble with partial, as there is more of a chance to back off.
