Help needed in ctb

Hey, I've been on this side for a few months now and wanted to see if any of you guys could help me with my question.
Is there any medication that I could get legally to ctb?
I know that paracetamol and that stuff isn't working so yeah..also I'm not an expert on this topic at all, so I was hoping for some advice.

giving exact companies to purchase these from breaks the source rule of this site, but all i can say is that it will be really hard to CTB with just over the counter stuff

dextro and drinking a shit ton of alcohol with other otcs does the trick but is very painful and only guaranteed without hospital treatment

Search the pinned and popular threads here. There are several medications and good methods you can try. Most of the popular drugs and chemicals are illegal to obtain and are being harder and harder to obtain in the past few years. But I do wish you first think before you do it if you should do it, let the time tell you.
If you do have more question dont hesitate to ask.

True, I was thinking about how to do it because I do have self harm problems as well, while not even feeling any pain so I was thinking maybe that could be a method
