Help needed for SN method

I got my SN ready, i bought it last year in nov/dec (unopened);

1. For benzos I got Bromazolam as alternative, it this OK?
In the PPEH 2025 it states on page 111:
Note: Bromazolam has not yet been rescheduled and it may be wise to acquire it while it is still legal. An effective dose is 200mg.

2. Is there also an alternative for metoclopramide? I need a recept in The Netherlands to buy it, so its not possible for me. Do you guys have an option for this?
The list below is Stans Guide to SN, but for every single one of them you also need a prescription..

1. Domperidone
2. Metoclopramide
3. Olanzapine
4. Alizapramide
5. Chlorpromazine
6. Prochlorperazine

Bromazolam, I think, will do. Better than nothing. I will also have fake benzos - Atarax, but I can't find anything else. You can go to your GP and ask for a prescription for metoclopramide. You can say that you have headaches from time to time and metoclopramide helps you with nausea

Thanks for your reply. Is metoclopramide really necesary though? I cant see myself going to the GP and lying to get it.

It is strongly recommended as it may help delay any vomiting, which will allow a proper dose of SN to be absorbed.

Also speeds the emptying of your stomach.

I don't know if any ship to the Netherlands, but there are reliable online international pharmacies that will ship meto without a prescription. You can find list of reliable ones on Reddit, though it does take some digging.

People have CTB'd without AE, but it increases the chance of failure

Yes, it is better to use it, because it is in the protocol. It is a very simple drug, most likely you will be given a prescription right away. Say that you take it from time to time in small doses and it helps you. If they refuse at the clinic at your place of residence, then you can contact a private doctor. I often had to lie to doctors and it worked. Good luck!

In the PPH, they mention taking an over-the-counter (OTC) anti-emetic called Dramamine. Basically, it's sea sickness medication meant to help with nausea. But, I don't believe it's going to speed up gastric emptying, which is moving your stomach contents (SN in this case) into your intestine more quickly, where most absorption takes place. How effective it is at helping with the nausea, who knows?
