I know my advice was unasked for, but im personally going to go for inert gas. Helium is accessible just about everywhere, and requires no accessing the dark web or scam risks. If your determined, i reccomend doing a little research. Its a little complex, but just...passing out to sleep quickly sounds like a fast enough and peaceful way.

But read the forum. If you are using a translation system to translate it will take some time. Make sure the gas is 99% pure. A lot of helium tanks that you can buy for parties to inflate balloons have low purity. Nitrogen will also do the same job
