Method Help finding part

So, last week, I went down a rabbit hole looking at all of the variations of the inert gas methods. At some point I ran across a custom made mask. It had some PVC piping and was called "Version 2". I think it had a filter / scrubber to remove the CO2. I went back to look at it again and can't remember where I found it. I'm not even sure that it was on this site. I don't have access to the keyword search yet.

Any suggestions how to find it again? General web search / image search hasn't worked.
