Help Help choose supplies for nitrogen CTB on AirGas

As the title states, I'm trying to finding the right supplies that can be found on Airgas aside from the mask needed.

Airgas - NI 40 - Industrial Grade Nitrogen, Size 40 High Pressure Steel Cylinder (Industrial use Only), CGA 580

Nitrogen (N2) is a colorless, odorless, nonflammable inert gas or a colorless, odorless, nonflammable cryogenic liquid.

I used this company too. all you have to do is create an account and activate it, then go to a store and give them your account's details and ask for a nitrogen cylinder 40 liters, their lowest purity will do probably

They say that they also deliver online so that's a possible option for anyone looking into that company who doesn't have easy access to transportation. Would you happen to know any details on what regulator to get from them?

I got a regulator from amazon, they use a standard us outlet. Make sure to get one with flow rate either the ball meter or click type should do latter is more expensive or harbor freight
