Is Sn (Sodium Nitrate) actually worth taking to have a painless death?..and if so should I buy some from where I could get ? And what purity should I have on it?

First, it's not sodium nitrate with an "a", it's sodium nitrite with an "i". Don't try to ctb with sodium nitrate.
You can easily look in the link provided to find out the requirements for sodium nitrite for end of life purposes.
