Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

So whenever I take a higher dose of Latuda I end up getting very bad akisthisia. Last night I took it(prescribed by doctor 40mg) and it made me so restless and my psychosis so much worse. Fuuuuuck. Never again-seriously. I'll go back to the 20mg with the medicine that helps me sleep because that was utterly terrifying. And my nightmares….I won't say what they were but they were so horrific and vivid and it was about my cat and I just feel weird around them now. I mean I'll be okay, I just hate how the high doses make give me hellish akisthisia.

What sucks worse is that this medicine really helps me, but on 20mg there isn't much of a difference. Just on 40mg-but I always end up freaking out on 40mg by the second or third night. I'll have to take a much higher dose of the sleeping medicine to get rid of that cause *shudder*. Anyone else experience this? Or with any other medicine?
