Hell is real. We are all living in it

We didn't do anything wrong . We are victims. This hell called life was imposed on us.

Furthermore they tell us we have to be grateful for all this suffering called life. I'm not grateful. I detest that existence was imposed on me

There is no other hell , heaven afterlife nor reincarnation. A human is just another animal

Seriously, come one guys, there is nothing supernatural about this. We are born and die like every other animal on this NATURAL planet in the natural universe. We just happen to have brains that developed consciousness. Which in turn enabled some of us to come up with these ridiculous stories. Humans are perfectly capable of causing our own suffering. We also apparently have to make up stories to be able to deal with our fears, justify our actions, give whatever meaning you want to your existence- one of the root causes of suffering seeing as this is unique to many people and we all have to live in this space together finding our own meaning from the same reality pool. It can also be very whatever the opposite of unique is (I can't think one right now) because people join cults for mean, for example.

We are humans. Humans are animals. Mammals, to be more exact. Sure, we are at the top of the food chain, sure, we objectively the most evolved animal in existence, but we are not special just because we can make up stories about going somewhere after we die, for example. In fact, the rest of the animals, and Earth in general, would be better off without us.

Indeed, we all exist in our own versions of hell. I don't see how there could be a hell after this.

I agree, and often consider the same thing. Not as a philosophical argument though. I committed suicide. The scripture discibes purgatory as being a place where a soul is tested, and rendered pure by fire. What if I'm actually there. I could try again, but last time I wound up with amnesia for almost a decade. It takes a lot for me to get amnisia. I'm pretty tough stock. Of course the DID helps. But we can usually avoid amnesia. We even enjoy a good percentage of co-consciousness. The problem is we have blind spots. But even there a high ranking official is able to parse data , and feed us relevant intelligence. It may look fine on the outside, but I'm on fire on the inside.

Glad someone made this post because this is something I've been thinking about constantly lately. Is the realization that most people don't feel like they're burning all the time not insane? For them, life on Earth is Heaven. God, it must be nice.
