Method Helium suicide help

Hey guys,

Long story short I've made an innegotiable decision to commit suicide. Helium seems practical and peaceful. I understand I need 99.9% but otherwise, what tank and valve do I buy? Also, tubing and mask etc.

idk anything about tanks n valves but with the mask im pretty sure a plastic bag can suffocate you so long as the tubing doesnt make any gaps in the hole you insert the tube in, i like to make sure its really tight around my neck when i attempt
