Helium exit bag

I'm trying to figure out if helium would be a good try for ending everything I have basically everything I'd need but the flow regulator..

Helium is fine but I heard that also helium cylinders are sold that are not 100% helium, it's mixed with oxygen, you have to make sure you get a helium cylinder containing 100% helium. Why He and not N2?
