I haven't bought anything yet but I have found 13.5ft^3 (382 liters) party tanks that say that they have 100% helium on the tanks. I have a few questions regarding this method.

1. The party helium tanks have black rubber things attached so I would only need to press down on it, is it feasible to just tape it down and let it flow like that or would I need a regulator?

2. I have seen that I would need 600 + liters for this to work maybe I could stagnant the tanks like tape one nozzle down, then tape another nozzle 10 seconds later. (if I need a regulator why kind of regulator and tubing do I need to combine the two tanks?).

3. If I was using a regulator does it need to be specifically 15lpm? could it be less if I want to extend the tanks a little more?

3. For the exit bag can I poke a hole into the bag and just tape it off really well around it so nothing escapes?

4. How much space for my neck would I need to get the C02 out, do I use a combination of the drawcord/drawstring on the bag and an elastic band?

5. Basically any flexible tube would work right?

6. Finally the helium tanks say they are 100% helium on the box and on the tank itself this is probably trustworthy right?

7. What if I didn't use a regulator and just used a bigger bag say like a idk lets say a 20L or 30L garbage bag, but then I still have an issue with the tank's capacity of 382 liters and needing to stagnate it for it to work not sure on the math on when to stagnate it though or if its even possible.

Thanks,

So I found out the black nozzle isn't removeable not sure what to do now

only thing I can do now is probably just tape the nozzle down and get a bigger bag that hopefully offsets the need for a regulator slightly then i guess

No. Ask for documentation on purity before you purchase and ask what return policy is if the helium is not as advertised. Most party helium is 80%.

I believe party helium is almost never 100% or 98% pure anymore, too many people used it to catch their bus, so now it's all about 80/20 max. Also, helium is a dwindling resource, and the AI tech bros want it all. Maybe if you were talking to a legit gas supply store it would be 100% pure, but a party supply store will almost certainly not be good enough.
I asked the party tank's customer support and they have said that it contains 98% helium, I have now asked for any documentation proving the purity, if I do get the documentation proving the purity that should mean Im good to go right atleast for the helium purity aspect of this right?
would a regulator really be needed as well?

One more thing I wanna ask sorry I have so many questions,

does the elastic band/sweatband need to be integrated into the bag like taped into the hem, or is it possible to just have it wrapped around externally

Integrating makes it easier to pull the bag over, I have taped mine by folding the plastic bag ends over.

What size bag did u use?
A large one, I am sorry, I dont know the exact dimensions but its slightly larger than the oven bag they recommend. I found out that the larger the length, the more room you have for folding the band into it.

I have emailed the party tank company's customer support numerous times on different emails accounts and they all say that its 98% helium and there is no mixture, so im just gonna believe in them I guess

That's unusual. Which country are you in? Usually party tanks are definitely not pure helium as they claim they have a shortage. I've never seen that before. Interesting. However, I did once see a review for a party helium tank on a known market place online that stated their family member ctbed from it and it was not pure helium. I've always wondered how that was even possible.

Canada, which you would think has alot of regs, maybe this one just slipped through, I tested it with an O2 detector by blowing the helium into the exit bag and it read 0%
