TLDR; Can I use CGA540 (oxygen) click-style on helium gass?

I bought a 15L click-style "CGA580 to 1/4" from Alibaba. It was apparently CGA540, and it says "Oxygen" in large text on the product. They lied. I still have it. Can I still use it for helium, since it's of course a ctb one-time-use, and not going to be used constantly for months or years?

Not from U.S., but fairly sure that the CGA 540 is designed for oxygen only, CGA 580 is designed for nitrogen/argon/ helium.

But CGA580 regulators/adapters only work on helium tanks that have a CGA580 valve. Won't work on that helium party balloon cylinder that you have pictures of in your other thread
