• Hey Guest,

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Yes, in the UK that's 99.996% pure.

But why buy such an expensive grade of helium unless it's some you can "aquire"!

It would be defined at pure. There would be no chance of living.

They never label gas as 100% pure, 99.99% is the best you are going to get.

"Any" would be someone giving you erroneous advice. Typically air has something like 20% oxygen. Most of the impure inert gas mixtures have the same, to make death near impossible for lots of reasons... You need oxygen to breathe, of course, and you don't want excess expelled CO2 building up to kick off your body's natural instincts against starting for air.

If you can get your hands on "pure" helium like you mentioned, you should be way ahead of the curve necessary.
