Heat intolerance due to antidepressants

I'm currently on four medications for my mental health, all are affecting my temperature regulation. It makes summer MISERABLE. AND IT'S NOT EVEN THAT HOT IN MY AREA OBJECTIVELY. IM CONSTANTLY SWEATING AND IM SICK OF IT. This is honestly a dumb thread but I need a place to complain. Does anyone dealing with this have any tips on how to survive summer?

I also have terrible heat intolerance from my medications. Some of the things that help me is stick-on cooling sheets to the back of the neck, a portable fan, and trying to carry/drink water as much as I can. I also have a sensory thing where I feel kind of suffocated if I wear sunscreen that feels really oily, so I try to get the gel/water type ones! I mostly try to avoid just going out in the heat in general but it's not always possible haha.

At home i always had a towel over my shoulders, it helped in some strange psychological way, and yes it sometimes even stopped the sweating.
