Venting Having chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps is a very miserable experience

I had developed nasal polyps after using unnecessary medicine for years because of my narcissistic parents. Those medicine made me have side effects which I never had before and it made me to which take more medicine which resulted in developing nasal polyps. The polyps are in both nostrils so I don't get enough air like a normal person so when she/he breathes. As a result, I constantly feel fatigue and sometimes get very bad headaches. If I don't get enough sleep, the fatigue and headaches gets worse and I never had such issues before taking those poisonous medicine. My parents literally ruined my life by making me take all those bad medicine. Now I'm stuck in an unhealthy marriage and I can even be independent by doing a job because of this nasal polyps issue.
