I've been keeping more track of what I'm eating. I've noticed with some foods it screws with my emotions.

For example, I haven't been here in a long time. And while my anxiety has been shooting up because I've been thinking of the future again. I eat some pizza today and now I feel like crap, I am hot, uncomfortable, and while not fully suicidal this second. I am heavily leaning more towards it than a few hours ago.

Has anyone else noticed this?

Not as such but I have foods and quantities I absolutely will not eat. I imagine if I was forcefed cake I might go into some sort of crisis.

Eating low quality sugary food/soda always puts me in a bad mood, and eating good food with lots of vegetables and fruits puts me in a good one.

Eating in general just makes me feel worse. I hate eating. It is really hard work. Most foods just make me feel ill which makes me want to ctb more.

I can relate, eating has always been triggering. If im upset I cant eat, and if Im in an ok mood then eating will put me in a bad one, Its a crap shoot.

For me, it's more about calories. Anything over 500 just makes me feel physically run down and sends me into a spiral for some reason.
